L.J Hooker South West Rocks welcomes you to Salty Kisses. A large 2 story townhouse in quiet residential area close to Rocks Shopping Fair. Upstairs has split system air-conditioning to the spacious living / dining and kitchen area with ceiling fans, Two huge bedrooms with ceiling fans, the main bedroom has an ensuite and a private balcony.

Living area has Tv, DvD, Cd player, balcony, outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located downstairs along with the 3rd bathroom and the 2nd living area.

The kitchen has a fantastic 900mm wide oven with gas cooktop and dishwasher. Fully fenced rear yard, off street parking only in the driveway for 2 cars and room for a boat.

Please note that this property does not supply linen and no access to garage.

South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute drive of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a five minute drive.

South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.
