This well-equipped two storey townhouse situated close to town is ideal. One of five villas, this property offers seclusion and privacy and is within metres of our local Country Club, golf course, tennis courts, and our local swimming pool. A short walk to the shops and Horseshoe Bay or Main Beach for that early morning coffee and swim, and a 5 minute drive to Trial Bay and the National Park. The property boasts 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The main bedroom situated downstairs has a queen bed and ensuite and walk-in robe.

The two bedrooms upstairs share a terrace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers single bunk beds.

Downstairs is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening onto an enclosed courtyard. Features include WI-FI, 2 smart TVs offering streaming services like Netflix, Kayo, and Stan (own accounts required to access). There is also a BBQ for those easy dinners.

The garage has been converted and offers an extra living space and provides a great retreat area or kids play area, protected from the outdoors by a screen when the roller door is open. In here you will find a second TV, lounge, and beer fridge on offer. The area also houses a washing machine and dryer. You will also find little extras provided for your use such as beach chairs and umbrella.

All you need to do is park the car (street parking only), unpack, and start relaxing!
