Absolute Gorgeous 6 BR Home w/3-Min Walk to Beach!

Embrace the Cape Cod lifestyle and escape to this South Yarmouth vacation rental. Complete with an updated interior, this property has a new, fully equipped kitchen and cozy comfortable bedrooms. The newly updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath house has been complemented with a band new (2022) 3 bedroom 2.5 bath addition. Has all the modern day amenities including latest entertainment technology to enjoy evenings in or on those rainy days when you just want to binge Netflix. The home also features a back yard complete with a patio, outdoor shower, and BBQ grill, making this Cape home ideal for a family getaway. Plenty of space to set up family favorite yard games.

There are 4 separate inside and 4 outside gathering spaces. This provides plenty of opportunity for families and friends to gather together or find that quiet spot away from the rest of the crowd to recharge.

Inside Gathering Spaces:
1) Living room - First room you walk into when coming through the front door. This space boosts a couch, two power recliners, and an oversized chair. Comfortable seats 6.
2) Family room - This is a perfect spot for a family movie night with it's 85'' TV and seating capacity for 8-10 people. This room connects the addition to the existing home.
3) Sunroom - This mahogany vaulted ceiling can be heated or cooled. This provides an excellent setting for those big sit down meals. This room connects to two of the the outdoor patio areas.
4) Game room - This is the most recent area added in 2022. Perfect for a place where your children want to play their video games and far enough away from the other gathering spaces that allows for folks to do their own thing without competing noise. This room connects you to the back patio where the fire pit and lantern lighting is. Great spot for late night gathering around the fire.

The outside gathering spaces include (1) a small patio off the Main bedroom for a great spot for a couple of have their coffee. (2) The back patio for larger crowds with fire pit and outdoor lighting. (3) The grilling area has a couple of lounge chairs and a high top table where the full sun hits most of the day. (4) In the front of the house there's a small table and two chairs for the quite time with coffee in the morning.

Each bedroom provides plenty of space for storing clothes if you prefer not living out of your bag with oversized dressers and closets. 4 of the bedrooms have new high end mattress with adjustable platforms to get the right position for sleeping, watching TV or reading.

South Middle Beach, just a 3-minute walk away, sets the scene for a pleasant afternoon in the sun enjoying the worry-free atmosphere of Cape Cod. Go to the beach in the morning, walk back for lunch, go back in the afternoon. A perfect plan for those perfect summer vacation days

From the moment we arrived we were so impressed. The layout of the house brings you together but also allows everyone to have their own space. Loved the two wings. Each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus each have their own laundry set up. Then you have a huge yard with sitting areas, a firepit, a Weber and a Blackstone for all your grilling needs. Then space for cornhole, etc. Anyone staying here will have a fabulous time!!

This property is EXCELLENT! Our host Neil was wonderful! Very communicative, very accommodating, very helpful.This house is so clean, very spacious…both inside and outside. It’s excellent for large groups. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of golf, shopping, and great restaurants nearby.I would definitely go back to this property.

The house was the perfect place as a base for our family to attend my granddaughter's wedding at the Borsari Gallery in Dennis. Everyone loved the accommodations. We had plenty of room to spread out and have the sun room was amazing for the ladies to have their hair and makeup done the morning of the wedding. It could not have been better! All the bedrooms were comfortable and with six bedrooms, our family had their own private rooms.

Great property

This property was perfect for our multi-generational family. The layout of the spacious house and yard was ideal. The bedrooms and baths are well appointed and comfortable. The house is in close proximity to stores and services, yet nestled at the end of a cul de sac so private and quiet. The easy walk to the beautiful beach enabled us to take full advantage of all the property has to offer.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for a large group. There is plenty of room to split up for some alone time and large enough to gather as a large group . The house is clean ,comfortable , roomy with an amazing shower in the master bath and comfortable beds . The owner has pretty much thought of everything. I highly recommend this property.

Great home in a great location

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful, clean and well appointed home on a serene street. the house is spacious and easily accommodates multigenerational families. Being one level was safe for our small grandchildren. Its proximity to the quiet and clean beach was a nice surprise - a 3 minute walk. It is closeness to shopping for essentials is a huge plus. The yard has multiple amenities for lazy days and evening fun is a treat. The owners offer their beach equipments and yard games to their guests, which is appreciated. Neil was a pleasure to communicate with and was prompt in his responses. We are considering the same house for future stays at Cape Code.

Wonderful stay!

Our extended family had an wonderful time at this home as well as the proximity to the beach. Easy to walk and/or drop people off at the beach and head back to the house for forgotten items! Woukd surely stay again.
