The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful cabin 24 on Cape Cod where comfort meets rustic charm. The space features 2 private bedrooms furnished with comfortable bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and dinnerware for preparing simple meals. You will also enjoy a dedicated dining area for your meals and a laptop friendly workspace if you need to catch up on tasks.

Yarmouth Country Cabins is a campground themed family resort. Whether you are a family looking for a summer vacation, or a couple looking for a weekend retreat, Yarmouth Country Cabins could be the spot for you! All guests have access to outdoor heated outdoor pool that is salt water chlorinated for a more relaxing experience. A recreation area with ping pong table, volleyball court, and Bocci ball court. A very large playground area for kids with beach sand. There many outdoor fire pit areas where fires are hosted nightly weather permitting, bring the marshmallows for smores! Access to bicycles for exploring the local area, or just to ride around the campground. Both gas and charcoal grills are available so you can enjoy your summer evening cooking on the grill followed by a short walk to the local Ice Cream stand .2 Miles away! Hammocks, wood swings, picnic tables are located throughout the property for guests to enjoy. For larger parties or family gatherings we have a Barn and Large Pergola space available that can be rented for family cookouts, gatherings etc.. please inquire with the host if your party is interested in this! A laundry room with 2 washers and dryers is also available to guests during there stay.

This place is adorable. 2 good size bedrooms, full functioning kitchen and the pool area was nice and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and businesses. Loved the game area as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with kids! Great pool, play area, playground, etc. The cabin (24) was clean and equipped with what we needed for our stay. Very relaxed setting, nice people. We’ll be back!

This was our second stay at Yarmouth country cabins and I can’t believe it was even better than the first. The pool was wonderful. We were conveniently located near everything. The owners were extremely responsive. Everybody was polite. I love coming here because it’s so low-key and has everything you need and nothing that you have to worry about. Can’t wait to go again.

The most expensive booking of our US road trip for 2 weeks. We have been in cabin 24 for 3 nights and were very disappointed of it. The cabin is directly on the main road with so much noise. Our 3 teenagers had difficulties to sleep due to the cars which circulate all the time. the external terrace was also along the road and very noisy. The same for the swimming pool. Thé price is too high for the services. Not a very good souvenir for us.

So many things went wrong. We drove in with ZERO communication from VRBO or property owner welcoming us, explaining where to go, where to check-in, etc. With no Wi-Fi it wasnt fun trying to reach someone. Had to drive around the property to find the manager, walking out of her cabin. Doorknob broke off, no A/C at arrival, no silverware b/c they were inside dirty dishwasher. Had to buy garbage bags, toilet paper and bar soap. Was told to use Soft Soap. Really???

Family Vacation

We had enough room for everyone! The central air was so refreshing during our week because of the extremely high temps on the Cape! Even though our cottage faced the main street, the inside was relatively quiet--keeping out the noise. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a heatlamp attached to the vent. That was really nice feature. The pool was awesome. Our family spent a lot of time relaxing and playing in it. Overall, we had a really great week! Thank you.

Very disappointed

I would like to start off this review by saying that my family has been staying here for well over 20 years. We have stayed in almost every cabin on the property and have always love the warm, welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that we felt during our stay. I can recall years ago seeing the property manager always on site and more than willing to help you with anything at any time. Our stay this year, however was a very different one from the years before. I booked the cabin for myself, a few family members , and my cousin’s dog. When I originally filled out the inquiry/request to book I was looking at two different cabins for four adults plus a pet. It was a great price and had everything we were looking for, and we’d been staying there so long that we knew it was a good choice. Our check in time was 3pm and our cabin wasn’t ready. When I tried to resolve this issue I was met with very unprofessional and unapologetic staff, our cabin wasn’t ready until over an hour after check in time! Even after our cabin being cleaned there were some issues we had such as; ants, dust on the ceiling fan, kitchen sink seemed to leak a bit, the exhaust hood over the stove had a piece fall off, the light bulb in the fridge was out, and the shower water was SCOLDING HOT. The cabin was supposed to sleep 5 adults, well the 3 “twin” beds were too short for my cousin and uncle to sleep in at 5’7”! The cabin is advertised as having WiFi, the only time we could access it was early i the morning because the signal was so weak. Halfway through our stay I got a payment request with no explanation. When I emailed the manager asking what it was for she said it was because I had a pet there. When I filled out the original request it said right on it, 4 adults and a pet. I have the email and screenshot of that as proof, the manager didn’t care and was pretty rude about it too and accused us of not taking care of our dog because she liked to be outside most of the time and I guess that was a problem? It just wasn’t handled very well at all in our opinion. To summarize, we were VERY disappointed in the general attitude of the staff and how they conduct their business. After 20 years of my family staying here it’s sad to say that I’m not sure if we’ll ever go back. I hope that management is able to change they way they run things and bring it back to the well kept, positive atmosphere it once was so families can enjoy this place again.

It was great that the shallow end of the pool was only 2 feet. The younger kids had a ball in it because they could touch bottom. Beach about a mile away. Great location!
