Welcoming staff, personal service from a relatively small hotel. Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. Will definitely be stopping again.

The hotel itself was very nice, staff were friendly but the food was horrible. The food had strong smell of stale oil. There was no taste to the actual food. The hotel may deserve 5 stars but the food isn’t anything above 1 star.

Excellent stay from initial booking and speaking to Sally on reception and meeting when booking into the hotel. The hotel is superbly equipped and decorated.
