Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Terrible. Dirty room with broken furniture including the bed that was literally just a wooden board with a hole on it. Completely filthy and I had to spend hours on the phone with Expedia to try and get the check in details. I literally walked in and straight back out and did not stay. I’m now pushing for a refund.

The location is very good, close to everything and within walking distance of the main attractions, the train station, the port, downtown, and several restaurants. Unfortunately, the apartment itself had several issues. There was a very strong unpleasant smell in the hallway and staircase leading to the apartment, and the smell also came into the kitchen. The stove and oven still had food residue and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There were no hangers at all, and there was no soap or shampoo provided. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and caused me significant back pain. The bed frame was made of wooden slats that looked like leftover pieces from old furniture, which made the bed feel very unstable and uncomfortable. Overall, the location is excellent, but the cleanliness, basic amenities, and especially the quality of the bed need significant improvement.
