Huge 6,600 square feet house a block from Peconic Bay. Equidistant from Sag Harbor and Southampton villages. About a ten minute drive to each. 7 bedrooms. 8.5 baths. 20' x 40' heated pool with an automatic pool cover. Playground set with swings, monkey bars and a slide. Huge chef’s kitchen with a wolf range. Two huge sub zero refrigerators. Wine refrigerator. Two dishwashers. Two sinks. Two living rooms. A kids room. Dining room. Finished basement. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Two primary bedrooms. One on the first floor. One on the second floor. A crib if you need. Additional Jennifer convertible sofa bed and mattresses. We have had 21 people sleep here comfortably. Outdoor deck off of the second floor. Kayak and paddle board. Fishing poles to fish in the bay. Seasonal views of the bay. The beach is a one block walk. 2 minutes and you are there. Private beach for the local residents. Calm with little waves. Great for kids. A dive dock to swim out to. His and her bicycles to ride around the neighborhood. BBQ grille. Outdoor shower. Brand new ping pong table. Happy to talk monthly rates. Pool closes at the end of October! Reopens in June.

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Finally, the owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. There are private beaches that we walked to in order to watch sunset every night.

A great girls trip!!!

The house was perfect for a large group. Plenty of place to spread out and enjoy the space. The house was very spacious and had plenty of entertainment- the owner had everything you can imagine that you may need for a stay. The house is clean and in great shape. Such a great neighborhood to walk in and the beach is so nice and close by. Highly recommend for a fun Hamptons get away. The owner is very accommodating and flexible. He was accessible for restaurant/ activity recommendations.

Lovely, spacious, well-situated house

The house has plenty of sleeping spaces, en suite bathrooms for each bedroom, several comfortable living/TV rooms and an amazing double kitchen. The host is responsive and so helpful. We had an idyllic weekend here.

Wonderful house for a family get-together!

Great stay

The house is very large and furnished nicely. We were a group of three families spanning three generations so we appreciated the first floor bedroom and the many bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Plenty of space for gathering from the huge kitchen to family room and other bonus rooms, and the pool and proximity to neighborhood private beach were great. Host is very responsive and helpful - great interactions with him.

Absolute gem! Great multi-generational home!

This home was perfect for our extended family’s thanksgiving celebration. Gourmet kitchen supplied with everything a big celebration could require. Unbelievable hospitality- and room for a large group. We did a jigsaw puzzle, played epic games of ping pong and watched a lot of football and went to shelter island and sag harbor. Thanks for hosting our great time!

Wonderful getaway

Amazing experience in the Hamptons

The property is as advertised! We loved staying at this house. More than enough space for our group of 11. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was clean, big, and heated! Short walk to the bay - collected shells and rocks. 15-20 minute drives to each of the hamlets. If we travel to the Hamptons again, we will stay here!

Amazing house for a family get-away!

The house is spacious with large, well-appointed bedrooms, bathrooms, communal rooms and an amazing kitchen. The pool was beautiful and the automatic pool cover was a great safety feature for little kids. The location is excellent—a short drive to Sag Harbor, Southampton beaches and vineyards. The host was very responsive and met us in person at the beginning and end of our week. I would definitely stay again!

Great family home

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with a family of 9 here. The house is very spacious with lots of spaces for people to spend time alone or together. Daniel was very responsive and it all made for an easy and relaxing stay.

Large friend group getaway

This house was perfect for our group. We were five families traveling with young children. Kitchen is excellent for entertaining and feeding large group. Playroom and basement and yard were all big hits for the children in our group. Perfect getaway weekend!

Amazing stay with kids and friends

The house was perfect for our 4 family stay (8 adults/7 kids). The place is huge and can accommodate privacy and fun in the same time. Kids (5 to 9) had a blast in the pool and the basement with many toys provided on site. There were all needed to spend a long weekend. Friends, family and kids had a blast! Daniel proposed us to use the kayak and paddle board on the bay
 we couldn’t have asked for a better house and a better host! Thank you for everything Daniel!

Huge, stunning property, amazing interior and gorgeous pool!!

Our crew of 15 shared an amazing week at Daniel's incredible property - it is premium hotel quality. Tremendous chef's kitchen satisfied all of our culinary dreams. We spent most of our time in or near the amazing, clean and clear pool. The motorized cover is genius. There are so many rooms and spaces that we were able to take conference calls privately. Cellular signals are best down by the bay, and intermittent at the house and the roads. If anything, few rooms felt sparse, and could use some surface space, additional furniture, or sculptures. We loved the giant sofa in the main living area for movies and games. Daniel was extremely communicative, friendly, and fast to respond. He addressed any questions, and even offered to replace the router to improve the Wi-Fi. We loved the memories that were created in this stunning home, in this stunning part of the Hamptons. All maps have a hard time mapping this address, even when I sent a dropped pin. The incorrect GPS is only 2 minutes away. Well worth the $$$ if you want the perfect spot to host your finest friends from all over the world, in one of the finest places in the world. Thank you Daniel!
