I was supposed to get a room on the ground floor and he gave me a room on the 2nd floor no elevator . He ended up having one room left with king size bed it ,so we took it ,he said the others had not been cleaned this wzs at 3:30

Smell cigarettes inside the room even it's non-smoking room. The bathroom is so slippery so untidy. Housekeeping needs improvement
