Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the home features cozy furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and multiple inviting spaces for groups to enjoy. You'll enjoy the record player and board games available for extra entertainment that fosters connection. TVs are provided in each of the three king bedroom when adults prefer solitary time. The vanity in the master king suite can also be used as desk.



Located in one of Southern Pines’ most convenient areas, you’ll be within walking distance to Publix, newly built shopping centers and restaurants, and the local movie theater—plus just a short drive to world-class golf, charming downtown districts, and endless local attractions. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the main floor of the home and the yard. The downstairs garage is part of the owner’s storage area, but may be available with prior host approval. If you need to store items or use an EV charger, please message us before your stay so we can ensure the basement door is unlocked for you.



The Neighborhood:

Most of our neighbors have lived here for decades, creating a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Just half a mile away, you’ll find new shops and conveniences, and there’s a nearby playground at the local elementary school—perfect for families with kids.



Getting Around:

This home sits in an up-and-coming area surrounded by exciting new development—golf, new apartments, a school, and recently built shopping and dining options are all just steps away. The other side of the street features long-standing, multi-generational homes with friendly neighbors, offering a comfortable blend of fresh growth and classic Southern charm.

If you need 'extras' message us. If we can prepare the house for you with flowers, wine or groceries we coordinate for our cleaner to do this for you for a premium fee. We coordinate with her for you so fee is set by her charge to us.
