The house is decorated for Christmas 2025: 7ft Christmas tree, dining room table seats 8, kitchenette table seats 2 and stocked coffee/tea bar is lovely to wake up to with the convenience of a wine fridge beneath it. You'll have everything you need from spices to serving bowls to serve a wonderful holiday meal.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the main floor of home and yard. The garage located downstairs may be available upon request, with host approval, as the basement is considered 'owner's area' for storage. If you need to use an EV charger or store anything there please message us before your stay so we can make sure basement door is unlocked for you.

Most of our neighbors have lived here for decades, creating a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Just half a mile away, you’ll find new shops and conveniences, and there’s a nearby playground at the local elementary school—perfect for families with kids.
