Sink in bathroom and bar, slow to drain. No do not disturb signs, so we were woken up early for someone wanting to clean the room. There was a leak from the ceiling right outside our door. It would have been easy to trip over maintenance debris (our room should not have been open for rental)🙁.

Room 209 has a significant issue with the flooring in front and between the beds. Loose flooring at the end of the beds move the beds during the night similar to an earth quake tremor. Especially disturbing when you are awaken frequently by these jolts throughout the night when someone uses the restroom. Something needs to be done about this. Who knows what’s causing this underneath the bed and the carpet.

They had already pretty much cleaned and cleared away breakfast except for the staff were eating and it was still a few minutes before ending of breakfast. We called after making reservations. We told them 2 adults and an infant. We got there and were told elevator was broken. We had to make several trips up and down stairs with all the stuff traveling with a baby requires. I feel we should have been told when we called about reservations.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay with our dog. The room was clean and extra spacious (500sq ft!!) The bathroom is clean, well maintained and well stocked. The breakfast tastes great with many choices. I like the way they prepared the eggs and the self-made waffles was delicious.The layout of the building is well thought-out with elevators located in the perfect location for customers with lugguges. I particularly find the "weather station" a fun and special-touch to the place which brings smiles to all the visitors.
