The Southport Salty Patriot is a cozy 1930s beach cottage that is perfect for your coastal retreat! Centrally-located and walking distance to downtown Southport, you can enjoy the shops and restaurants, spend the day at nearby Oak Island, or take the ferry over to beautiful Bald Head island...endless possibilities!

The home is updated throughout and tastefully designed. The backyard is fully fenced with a firepit so you and your family can be comfort...come enjoy our coastal beach town!

The Southport Salty Patriot sits in a cozy neighborhood right outside of downtown Southport. As you pull up to the home you will see our red, white, and blue home that was the inspiration for the name! There is a gravel drive to the right where you can park. You will then enter through the red door on the HUGE front porch!

As you enter the home, you will see that it has an open layout that is great for hosting your crew. Easy to entertain and stay connected through the stay. On your right will be the living area where there is a giant sectional for your movie nights or naps after the beach! The home has a Smart TV for all your viewing needs. This living space is open to the dining area that has a large table for your meals or game nights! On the other side of the dining area is a bar which is part of the fully loaded kitchen! This kitchen is ready to roll for you and has tons of space for all your cooking needs.

To the left of the home you will find the bedrooms. The first bedroom has two beds in it. A queen bed, a twin bed, and trundle underneath are all there with full linens. This room has a Smart TV so you can escape for a bit or have a place for the kids to watch a movie! The Primary bedroom is closer to the back of the home where there is a queen bed and an en suite. This room and bathroom are very spacious. Enjoy an amazing CLAWFOOT bathtub and walk in shower on your relaxing evenings in this luxury retreat!

In the back of the home, you have access to a modern full bath and laundry room! There you will also find some beach essentials like a chair, cooler and more.

Outback we have a FULLY fenced backyard with a firepit, seating, and a table. Its a great place to hang with the family, enjoy meals, or have a little fire in the evening. It really helps you have your private space back there and make your life easier if you are traveling with kids or pets!

Guests will have access to the entire home, there is no shared areas. We want you to treat it as your own and be comfortable. We are here to assist in any way we can.

Other things to note:
South Port is an amazing little town with easy access to other parts of the coast. You will have a great time here with easy access to downtown Southport, the beach, and plenty of other options to explore if you want to mix things up!
