The Never Sail Townhome

3-night minimum stay - The Never Sail is located at 340 Marina View Dr. in the exceptionally quaint town of Southport, NC. This well furnished two story townhome is in view of the Southport marina and the Intracoastal waterway.
Featuring three bedrooms and three full baths, giving plenty of space for families. The Master bedroom offers a king bed and private porch. There is an additional bedrooms with queen size bed on the first floor with full bathroom. The third bedroom provides a twin beds with adjoining bathroom. Additionally, the use of the community pool and large backyard are included.
Restaurants and shopping are a pleasant walk or bike ride away. Charter fishing and rental boats are available at or kayak rentals at Enjoy truly fresh seafood from many of the local restaurants only a short walk away. If staying for a week or more, we enjoy renting a golf cart from Coastal Golf Cart Rentals in Southport.

Beautiful townhouse in great location

Very clean, comfortable townhouse. Walking distance to riverfront restaurants, good laundry machines and dishwasher, comfortable furniture. Pool was great, too. Perfect for a family stay!

Very nice accommodations for our extended family vacation. Convenient to all the local restaurants and downtown shopping. Could not have asked for a better stay on our first trip to Southport! Would recommend 10/10 times!

Marina View

Perfect location by the marina makes it an easy walk to water front restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and comfortable for a weekend stay. Property management was also very responsive to any questions or issues.

Great house, great location

Directly across from Southport Marina, this is a great house in a perfect location. Close to the marina, if that's your thing, but also within easy walking distance of waterfront restaurants. The house itself is immaculate and very comfortable. I would definitely rent again.

Perfect Location

While we were in Southport for a family affair and not to play, we had a lovely stay at the Never Sail. The location is very convenient to the downtown shops and walking distance to everything. We had a yummy meal at Mr. P’s Bistro (Carry Out) and cooked in one night. Otherwise, we had plenty of room to enjoy the family and relax. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Super convenient and beautiful

This unit was right across the street from the Marina and next door to a new restaurant. It was a short walk to all of the Southport restaurants, shops and activities. The space was large, well-appointed, and comfortable! Thank you!

Weekend Trip

Perfect for fishing, eating, and relaxing out of your area code with friends and family. All amenities are available at this location or a short drive. Across the street from the ramp and marina. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Used VRBO and have dealt with numerous agencies over 20 years, highly recommend Southport Realty and Heather. We will return to Southport and will be more than happy to stay in The Never Sail again.

Nice area. Easy check in. Tv in master bedroom did not work. Outdoor trash can was full when we arrived (had enough room for 2 small bags of trash). Floors needed a good cleaning. Overall space was adequate. Parking was good. Washer and dryer looked to be fairly new. Oven door needs some work but we ended up not using. This was a new location for us to stay. It was quiet at night. Might try another duplex next time.
