Yurt Glamping on the Quiet-side of Acadia National Park!

Our cozy Cadillac Mtn Yurt sleeps up to four guests and offers a unique blend of comfort and adventure. Yurts are circular, tent-like structures with a wood lattice frame and sturdy canvas exterior-an ancient design originating from the nomadic tribes of Asia. Today, modern yurts have become a popular vacation experience from coast to coast, offering a memorable alternative to traditional lodging.

Inside, you'll find a warm, inviting space thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. The yurt features a comfortable queen bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The kitchenette is equipped with a Ÿ refrigerator, apartment-size stove and oven, sink, and all necessary cookware and dishware for simple meal prep.

A full bathroom with a stand-up shower adds everyday comfort, while the efficient heat pump and air conditioning keep the space cozy year-round. All linens are provided for your convenience.

Whether you're exploring Acadia National Park, relaxing on Mount Desert Island, or simply looking to try something new, this yurt offers a peaceful and distinctive home base for your Maine adventure.

What a Gem! The yurt was great, comfortable and relaxing. We stayed here for our 20 year anniversary. Had all our needs met and the owner communication was great and quick! I do however have to say this and I am not sure anything can be done about it. There were many spiders I had to kill in our stay. I know we're in the woods and It might be hard to control the pest situation but it was alittle unnerving with the amount of spiders we had to kill.With that said I would still choose to stay here again.

The best managed property I have ever stayed at. Superb communication with Aaron and Karen. We cooked in every night and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pots and pans and dishes and glassware were high quality and the kitchen was spotless.

Anniversary trip turned into engagement moon!

Owners were very quick with communications and we were even able to extend our stay. Yurt was comfortable with all amenities within. Loved having private bath and kitchen. Felt like home for us. Centrally located to everything that we wanted to. We were able to visit the park and bar harbor everyday. Already planning on coming back and staying for our honeymoon.

Just Book It!

This was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! The views were absolutely stunning, and staying in the Yurt added such a unique and cozy touch to the entire experience. It’s perfectly located—close to everything we wanted to do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secluded from the hustle and bustle. Coolest place we've ever stayed!

This by far one of the coolest places we've ever stayed! The yurt was charming, cozy, and had everything we needed to cook meals and sleep comfortably. The hosts really went the extra mile, providing sleep masks, earplugs, a communal area with items that could be checked out (like movies, coffee makers, bug spray, etc), extra blankets, suggestions for local activities, and more. Really, really well thought out and immaculately maintained property. Thank you so much Karen and Aaron! We absolutely can't wait to come back!

We are NOT camping people. This property was so wonderful that we got the full benefits of camping, while still retaining all the comforts of home. We stayed at Acadia Yurts, celebrating my 61st Birthday. We were greeted with a celebratory Birthday sign and bubbles. Loved that extra, personal touch. The Yurt had everything we needed and more! It was so cozy, clean and comfortable! The location was perfect to explore Acadia. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely will be staying again. Fantastic property!

Great experience at Acadia Yurt. The yurt itself was very clean and well-appointed with a full kitchen. Lots of space and extra amenities including an on-property washer/dryer. Close to town and easy access to the island as well as Acadia National Park.
