We enjoyed this spacious home very much. The house was clean and well appointed. I always appreciate having necessities - like toilet paper and dish soap at the home when we arrive. The pool and out door kitchen area could have been tidied up a bit, but overall a lovely spot. Some additional chairs for pool side and the outdoor dining area would be nice. What stood out the most was the responsive property manager! This was a holiday week and Daniel was extremely responsive. Communication before we arrived was excellant. This home is in a very private setting which we really appreciated. Great spot for your next vacation!

Incredible stay! Spacious and comfortable home. 4 bedrooms with plenty of beds. Lots of eating areas and spaces to for all to spread out. Nice outdoor area with ceiling fans. And the pool was delightful - shaded, fountain, lounge chairs, can’t be beat!!!

The house was well laid out and spacious. Overall we enjoyed being in the house.Pool could have been cleaner though we checked in right after another party left. Linens were sparse and some had staining on them. It would have been great if there were some additional amenities, like kitchen towels, shampoo, soap, etc.; supplies that were provided were of very limited quantities.After our visit, we were very disappointed and upset that they tried to bill us additional charges claiming there was pet feces when we didn’t have any animals on site!

Beautiful Home But needs to act like it is a rental

It was my wedding and I booked it with this information ahead of time. 3 months ahead. I couldn’t get an answer on how to access property till couple hours before check in. This was frustrating seeing as we had so much to plan. When we walked in there was a huge hole in the wall and the response I got was.. last weekend we had spring breakers. Not sure why if a wedding is coming it wasn’t repaired. So no wedding photos in that area. A bar stool was broken in which we bought glue and fixed before my family arrived. One roll of paper towels for 10 ppl for the weekend. Not a bar of soap to be had. Fixtures falling off the walls. Repairs done in bathroom but never finished. BBQ outside utensils on the ground. The icemaker was sitting on the back porch unplugged, and did not work. The beautiful pool that we all were expecting to get into was completely dirty and had not been cleaned. Not enough towels in the bathrooms for the amount of people that were in this house. The front porch light did not work. I’m assuming it needs a lightbulb so everybody had to come into the house in the dark including deliveries. This house has amazing potential for somebody who is truly trying to make this a Verbo home that people can enjoy and not just be spring breakers. Let’s just say overpriced, and under delivered. Long story short I can continue to go on about what happened to me at this facility I truly believe they forgot that we were coming and they did not prepare for us to come. Sad
