Hotels.com was my problem the Hotel was great. I had an emergency at home the issue couldn’t be corrected until the next day. So we book a room for the night got to hotel and found out it was booked for the wrong day. I was devistated more trouble and all I wanted was to go to bed. We tried unsuccessfully to change the date but 3 hotels.com reps claim they couldn’t change the arrival date so we had to pay for another night. I am so upset with hotels.com and I am going to share my experience with all my family and friends. I will not use hotels.com anymore because once you spend your money they can’t help you!
