Situated on a hill, the property offers a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding countryside. The house is furnished in rustic Tuscan style and surrounded by a large private garden (500 m²) equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. Here you can enjoy the magnificent view and spend moments of absolute relaxation. You have access to a beautiful pool shared with 4 other apartments. Parking on the property. The convenient location offers many tourist attractions: Rosia 3 km, San Gimignano 57 km, the Terme di Petriolo 22 km, the famous Terme di Saturnia 111 km (both sine thermal baths), Volterra 50 km, Florence 94 km, Grosseto 63 km, the famous beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia are 83 km away.
