We spent our family vacation at this lake house and it exceeded our expectations. The house fit 8 adults and 6 kids comfortably and the owners were very quick to answer any questions. Our kids spent a lot of time in the pool and upstairs in the game room. We also rented the boat and jet ski for a day on the lake. The kids fished and used the paddle boards. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the golf simulator. It was hard to regulate the temp on the house as some rooms were very cold and some hot
 so plan accordingly. The owner does provide fans in bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most meals at the house. Overall, it was a great experience and all agreed we would rent this house again.

This vacation rental was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for the 13 of us. The pontoon boat, paddle boards and seadoo were a huge hit with everyone. Our evening sunset cruisers were the perfect way to relax and end each day. The owner was just a text away, and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Jonah, and his co-hosts, are all AMAZING! We've never had a host SO attentive and SO responsive! It was almost like having concierge service. There were a few issues that popped up during the stay - most out of anyone's control - but each time, Jonah was on it and it was addressed immediately. The property is perfect for large gatherings. We had several families staying together and there was space for all and enough activities to keep everyone entertained. And the house was SO completely well stocked - the hosts have thought of everything! Beach towels, extra linens, storage bags, baking pans, coffee pods, pool rafts - you name it! They have really gone the extra mile to make this trip seamless and memorable! The pool is the perfect temperature and the lake is SO clean! It was an easy drive for us all - plenty of parking and so close and convenient to run out to the grocery or Starbucks or pizza (highly recommend Maria's for pizza!!) We even visited the local zoo and drive-thru safari! If you've got a large group of people and want a one-stop destination where you don't have to worry about all the little details - this is the place to rent! Thank you to Jonah and Zoom and all the other hosts/cleaners/contractors. We appreciate all you did to give us such a memorable and fun week!

Amazing Vacation Home!

The large kitchen, dining table, living room, game room, pool area, beach and fire pit gave our group awesome spaces for enjoying a large family vacation. The home was filled with amenities and courtesy items for guests. The home's location was close to a lot of great places for shopping, attractions, and restaurants in nearby towns/cities. The host was responsive and did everything to make our vacation the best possible. This is one of our best family vacations - the home and host made this possible.

Perfect family vacation house

Even before we arrived, I had a feeling this was going to be a good family vacation for 2 reasons
first, the pics online showed exactly what we needed for our family of 15 and second, communication with Jonah was so easy and always with a quick response.Check in was extremely easy, and the house was exactly as described with large gathering areas, comfortable beds, pillows, bedding, and plenty of bathrooms. But the things that really make this house exceptional are the extras that aren’t usually found in rentals. We actually commented several times thru the week that Jonah thought of everything
 2 refrigerators, an air fryer, 2 different kinds of coffee makers, an extra ice machine in the bar area, screened in back porch overlooking the pool and lake, plenty of extra beach towels, large bin full of pool toys, Bluetooth speaker, 2 AC units and thermostats so the upstairs stays plenty cool, HUGE projection TV for movie nights, 2 sets of washers and dryers, reverse osmosis water and ice in the fridges, and lots of games for the kids - shuffleboard, pool, video games, pop a shot, and board games. But the stars of the week for us were the large heated pool with a fun slide and diving board and the hot tub. This house and the communication with Jonah whenever we had a question were so perfect that we’ve already rebooked for another family vacation!!

Comfortable with Extra Care

The hosts thought of everything to make their home a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We have a large family with lots of grandchildren and this place is spacious and roomy. The weather was cold and snowy but with all the fun stuff to do inside everyone was happy. We loved it and hope to return.

Grandpas 79th Birthday

We (our family of 19 now) have spent a week in July together at the beach on Lake Michigan for over 20 years. This house gets our vote as one of the best. The host was very responsive for a couple minor issues. The house is very clean and has everything you could possibly want or need.

2024 Family Vacation

Our 3 generation family vacation was filled with fun. We enjoyed all the amenities, the pool, boat, beach, game room and golf simulator. Our favorite place was the screened in porch where we could always watch what was going on and be in the shade if needed. It was the best spot to watch the fireworks without bugs. There was plenty of room for parking. The neighbors were very nice. This house worked great for our family of 15 and would highly recommend it.

Girls Trip

Best VRBO I have ever stayed in - even better than pictures. We had a couple of questions and Jonah responded immediately. Beds were very comfortable and sheets were so soft. We spent most of our time in the game room. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us around the bar and the dining table. The industrial size coolers and ice machine there were perfect. Plus, the 2 refrigerators in the kitchen fit everything we all brought. I Can only imagine how great it would be in warmer weather around the pool and lake. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house for large group

We absolutely loved our stay. 14 of us where there for a Spartan Race in Grand Rapids and wanted a single location we all could hang out in before and after the race. This house was built to entertain large groups. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub a lot on the cold fall days. The view off the back porch looking over the lake with all the leaves changing colors was breathtaking. The amenities were spot on. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, bluetooth speakers, golf simulator, pool table, large wet bar, and more. This house was everything it promised. Even more, the host was great. Fast to respond to questions, very nice and polite, even left us a welcome gift when we arrived. We have already said we will need to come back.

I have rented 20+ homes and this was by far the best. They have literally thought of everything! Double fridge and double ovens perfect for my needs. Communication with owner the best I’ve had. Instructions for working things perfect. Beds clean. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Omitted disclosures

We werent able to use the beach or the dock for one day due to an event hosted by Jonah’s neighbor.(which looked like it was being cohosted by Jonah based on the use of his property). This wasnt disclosed to us and Jonah didnt do anything to make it right hence the 3 star review. In fact, the crowd was chanting foul language in front of 10 kids aged anywhere between 3-16. So do not recommend this for a family friendly vacation. Bachelor party? Sure. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool and the house mostly. Upstairs air conditioning wasnt working. Upstairs AC Thermostat is located downstairs so not sure how it would have worked anyhow and none of the rooms had vents. Vents were only in the hallways. Keep that in mind for hot days.

Large, spacious and extra clean

Loved our stay. House was big enough to accommodate all of us. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. Large kitchen table seats 14. Beds were super comfy along with pillows and lines. Lots of beach toys and towels. Well stocked kitchen. 3 air fryers! 2 large refrigerators and large beverage cooler and ice machine in upstairs game room. Communication with hosts was very good. Easy check in and check out. 2 large washers and dryers. Large fire pit on the beach. We rented the pontoon boat for a day and check out the lake. Not much luck fishing in the boat but we did catch some nice bass from the dock. Large gas grill for cooking and double oven in kitchen. TVs in every room with loads of channels for those rainy days. We would definitely recommend this rental and would not hesitate to book again.

This house has it all!

I can’t say enough good things about the accommodations and the owners! The salt water, heated pool was a hit. The screened in porch was a wonderful reprieve from the sun and really great for watching a storm roll through. The house was so clean and fresh, they thought of everything! Plenty of towels and things to do both inside and out. We had some questions about the electronics and they were right there ready to show us how to use everything. If I was going to change anything it would be the bunk room. It would have served us better as a normal bunk with a trundle. But we had a couple people cancel so we only had 18 guests and it worked out great! We brought kayaks and enjoyed the lake. The littles enjoyed playing in the sand and the shallow water. Finished each day with a fire. Perfection!

Family get together

We had a great family gathering. Jonah our host was amazing. He was so good at making sure all communication was done so nothing was missed and we had the best short vacation with our family we had not seen for over 4 years. Highly recommend this place for any type of gathering !

Our extended family rented this beautiful house that was big enough for us all to be together and also have our own space. We LOVED this house and all it had to offer. Both young and old enjoyed everything from the pool and hot tub to the pool table and golf simulator and much more. It is so well stocked it truest made our vacation so enjoyable and the host was fantastic! We would definitely book again!
