Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome provided they are disclosed prior to arrival and the applicable pet fee has been paid. Please keep pets on a leash while in public areas and always clean up after them.


Accessibility
This is a 2-story cabin with 5 steps to enter. A bedroom and full bathroom are located on the first floor.

On-site Host
The homeowner lives on-site on a completely separate lot and may be present during your stay.

Wytheville Recreation Center Pass
Included with your stay is one Try It Pass for the Wytheville Recreation Center. Guests can enjoy access to amenities such as swimming, fitness areas, the climbing wall, and basketball courts. Please confirm the total number of guests in your group before arrival so the owner can leave the correct pass cards at the property. Adult guests traveling without children will receive adult passes. A family pass includes 2 adults and all children.
Additional passes are not included and must be purchased separately by guests.

Wildlife Safety
Wildlife is common in the area, and you may see bears, deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, and chipmunks during your stay. Please do not approach or feed any wildlife. Bears, including a local bear named Billy, may be attracted to food waste. If you need to place food trash in the outdoor receptacle, please notify the owners immediately so it can be removed as soon as possible. For your pets` safety, keep them on a leash at all times while outdoors to help prevent encounters with wildlife, including skunks.

Fur Guests
Our neighborhood and family are very dog friendly. You may even have a neighborhood dog join you on a walk. Dixie, a Golden Pyrenees, lives down the hill in the Cape Cod home, and Rosa, a large lab, lives up the hill. No need to worry, they both know their way back home.
Please use the provided pet crate if your pet will be left unattended. Pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors for their safety, as there is wildlife in the area, including squirrels, bears, deer, and turkeys. New smells and surroundings may also affect their normal behavior.
Please wipe paws with the provided towels located at the entrances. An adjustable-height bowl is available in the kitchen cabinets for pet meals. Poo bags are provided at the entrances, and there is an outdoor trash can for pet waste.

Property Details
The downstairs coat closet contains mattress covers and bedding for the bean bag twin mattresses and pull-out couch. Extra towels, rags, an iron, and an ironing board are located in the master closet.
Outdoor cushions are stored in the coat closet. Please return them indoors when finished. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located under the kitchen sink. The immediate neighborhood is very safe, close-knit, and located on a dead-end road. Many neighbors work in law enforcement, the military, social work, education, and healthcare.
