On the beautiful West Coast. Douglas, St. Peter, Barbados
5 minutes walk from Speightstown and the beach, a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment has air conditioning in the living/dinning rooms and fan's in the bedrooms. There are patio's at the front of the apartment and one at the back with access to a generous garden, were you can pick your own fresh fruits and veg.
It is in close proximity to Almond Beach and Port St Charles. The property is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, cable TV with many channels, Wifi Internet, washing machine, bedding, towels and accessories.
Note: Kitchen food basics are not provided.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property but is quite acceptable on the verandas.

everything you need

But no stranger to this area. Although the decor is a bit tired, the bedrooms had fans (which is a big plus) and everything you need for a self catering accommodation. The property manager Gabriel is such a lovely and helpful person. He manages another apartment that we have stayed in 4 times. It was a public holiday on the day we arrived and I asked Gabriel if he would be so kind to get some shopping in for us and he did, so after being up for over 24 hours, at least we could make a cup of tea and have some sandwiches. Heywoods estate is my favourite place to stay in Barbados. Just 10 minute walk from one of the best beaches and the lovely historical Speightstown.

Best Kept Secret in the area!!

The location makes this place such a hidden gem! We had a wonderful time.The property had all the basics one would need. And whatever else we asked for, Gabriel brought to us right away.Picking bananas fresh from the tree put this place over the top for us!Its a diamond in the rough but if you catch the sparkle its an amazing place to stay.

It's a beautiful property in a quiet neighood everyone said good morning and made us feel very welcome it was a relaxing stress free vacation the neighbours even took us out for drinks i gave this property a thumbs up and would stay again.
