This property has plenty of common area space to hang out. It boasts a large fully stocked kitchen and dining room with a coffee bar. Smart TV's in 3 rooms to stream any of the services you have. The huge yard allows for plenty of space for outdoor activities. There is a 30ft x 50ft additional building to gather with a grill, ping pong table and other yard games. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the view of the lake or lounge on the back patio and enjoy a camp fire. There is endless room for parking vehicles and/or watercraft trailers, UTVs, snowmobile trailers. The boat dock is just 1 block away, the bike trail is just across the street, and the city park is a 2 minute bike ride down the trail. Camper parking space available to accommodate more guests.

College Reunion Cornstalk Wedding

25 years after we all met at college we came from all corners of the country to celebrate a marriage 10 years and 3 kids in the making. For 3 days we celebrated on a farm in Dunnell, MN, where our friend has lived with his BRIDE and children for 10 years. While we didn't take advantage of anything the Lake had to offer, one of the house guests was the baker of the wedding cake, and we were able to make a 7 layer 2-tier wedding cake in the kitchen of this home. Comfortably. With 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We all highly recommend this listing for rental. It was a perfect vacation home. Until next time!

Perfect for what we needed it for, warm and cozy after a long day on the ice! Large driveway and garage was very nice to have for SxS and trailers! Large kitchen/dining was fun to play games and catch up with other couples!

Family fun extended weekend getaway!

Great place to stay for families. We had a fun weekend with our grandchildren. Love the decor, it has spacious living space, with smart tv’s and a variety of board games, for the whole family. In addition, they also have a large outdoor building that included table tennis, yard games and even had a small kids pool. Along with this they also have 2 patio tables and chairs to accommodate large families or groups. During our stay we did enjoy, having the extra activities for our grandkids, being close to lake and also being close to Okoboji, which also had a lot of other family attractions. We do plan to come back again in the future.

Labor Day Weekend Okoboji Trip

We had a great weekend staying at this property. It was my husband and I with our two adult children, their spouses and our 3 grandchildren. This house fit us perfectly and there was plenty of room for our whole family. It’s rare to have a kitchen table that fits our whole family. We enjoyed the coffee bar. Our grandkids enjoyed the board games and the smart TV. We had our boat with and there was a place to put it in a block away. Lots of room to park the truck and boat trailer plus two additional cars. Only minus was pulling out onto the busy highway. There is a bike path across the road that we walked on to the really nice park nearby. The backyard is very large but the acorns were dropping this time of year so we didn’t spend time outside. There is a large garage with lots of chairs available so if you want to be outside that would be an option. Overall, this is a very nicely decorated home that we would definitely stay at again.
