In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service on request (extra). Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 10 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams" 42 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (9 hole) 40 km, walking paths from the house, cable car 7 km, slopes 7 km, ski bus stop 10 m, ski school 7 km, children's ski school 7 km, sled run 7 km, cross country ski track 7 km, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 4 km.
