Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I understand it may not be the management's fault but when we arrived at the propriety there were people inside the room smoking. Because of that, when we entered the room, it was smelling like cigarettes. We arrived at the propriety at 3 am and called the management because the strange people were there, they didn't answer nor messaged us back the next day to know why we called them at that time of the night. The room overall was clean, but the bed sheets and blanket had wholes on them. My friend and I were bitten by an insect overnight, and we just hope it was bedbugs.
