Beautiful Kendall Yards cottage in the heart of Downtown Spokane

You will love this beautiful home steps from the Spokane river with fabulous views of the city! It's within walking distance of all Spokane has to offer. The 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house is yours to enjoy and will ensure your visit is perfect!

The Spokane River is literally steps from the front door. Sit on the porch and enjoy the city views while watching Osprey nest. Walk or bike along the centennial trail into Riverfront park (0.9m) or Riverpark Square as well as other downtown destinations including the Spokane Arena(0.9m), Convention Center(1.2m), The Podium & One Spokane Stadium(1.5m) and Gonzaga Univeristy (1.9m).
A gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops and hardwood floors is fully equipped. The family room, dining room, and kitchen on the main floor separate the two sleeping areas, upstairs and down.
-Seven restaurants, a winery, a ladies boutique store (Boutique Bleu) as well as a French style kids store(French Toast), a grocery store, coffee shops and an ice cream shop are just 0.4 miles away!

Our house is located on the north bank of the river with exciting new neighborhood restaurants and shops.

You are on the Centennial trail! Bring or rent bikes or enjoy the walk into the city. Views of the city and river grace every pedal or step!
City buses are available if the weather doesn’t allow for the walk into downtown.
You are also just a two minute drive or 10 minute walk into the city.

Myself and my parents who own the rental property and live there few months out of the year suffer from Asthma which is brought on by pet allergies and dust. We always love staying in this lovely home. The house is comfortable. Everything about the check in/out process is so easy. And the location is great...we stroll into Kendall Yards, often walk the Centennial Trail and even head across the bridge to restaurants and the movies.

Beautiful, super clean and tasteful decor! Great host communication, amazing location in a safe and attractive neighborhood, also very quiet for sleeping, and a well laid out space. Perfect for what I was looking for
This house was perfect for a dads weekend. It was close to the breweries, and had enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to coffee, breakfast, pizza, and the Centennial Trail. I would be back to this house in a heartbeat if I needed another weekend in Spokane.

A relaxing stay
It was relaxing all around. We pulled up to the house at checkin time, unloaded our bags and relaxed in the inviting living room. The number of bathrooms were great for 5 people getting to go out for the day and we really liked the comfort of the beds. We all enjoyed our stay and the comforts of home that it offered.
