Checked in and staff was not friendly or seem to care. After checking in found out the pool and fitness room were shut down. It was 37 deg C at the time and looked forward to the pool. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. TV didn’t work and figured no point talking to the front staff as that would not be helpful. Will not stay again

While the second room they put us in was clean it was smaller than we had reserved. The king room we were originally put in had a soaking wet floor and obvious water damage from previous leaks. There are zero amenities. The pool has been closed for over 5 years but still advertised out front. When we got to the room there was zero toilet paper or Kleenex. The front desk staff is nice enough but just have nothing they can offer as far as amenities or entertainment is concerned.

The property was pretty rundown and in a bad location. It seemed to be hobbled together with bad construction. The door to the room was crooked letting light and noise through. The room was awkward shaped and you could tell it was a different room before. It was also in the basement. Would not stay here again.

Very spacious room. Didn’t spend much time there. Room was good for the price. Breakfast was pretty much grab and go. Coffee was good! Close to Gonzaga College. Not really best part of town. Pool and weight room were closed.

Its not in the downtown area but its really close, about a 5min drive to Downtown and Gonzaga University, swimming pool was closed but not disclosed during booking, but great employees made up for it,clean and comfortable rooms, free parking,wifi and free breakfast ( don’t expect much)
