All the extras - excellent breakfast, Monday evening chili & cornbread, full coffee/tea station, evening fresh hot cookies, popcorn in the lobby, room cleaned every day, engaging helpful staff. I was in Room 204. I was surprised at above room noise level throughout night. It sounded like people were rearranging the furniture. This Holiday location is so convenient for our Spokane area activities. Will plan to stay at Hotel on next trip!

We had a nice stay in Spokane. Room was great, showing a little wear, but clean and breakfast was great. Our only complaint was the limited parking and spaces not big enough for our full sized suburban.

The bed was too high. Hard to get on and off. It was however the most comfortable one I have slept on. I asked for a couch in the room and got a chair. It was ok, needed a foot stool. Recommend replacing with a recliner. Shower was great. Overall great experience.
