The Space:

Main floor primary suite with private deck. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 twin trundle beds and two separate twin beds. Two separate eating spaces, heated flooring in primary bathroom and mudroom/laundry room. Front porch with seating, and patio off of mudroom with BBQ space and 6 person outdoor seating. Set on 10 acres of privately owned land. Close to Stevens Creek hiking trails.



Guest Access:

**Restricted Areas**

Guests may use all areas of the property unless otherwise designated. The basement and all outbuildings are strictly off-limits and are not included as part of the rental.

For safety reasons, please do not enter or attempt to access any outbuildings, utility structures, storage areas, or the basement. These areas may contain equipment, maintenance items, or other potential hazards and are not intended for guest use.

Unauthorized access to restricted areas is prohibited and may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Located in quiet rural setting, near Stevens Creek trailhead.

**Please Note:**

While the roads leading to the area are paved, the final portion of the drive to the property is accessed via a dirt road.

The entrance driveway is steep and has a drop-off along the left side when entering the property. Guests should use caution when driving in and out. Markers are installed to help identify the edge of the driveway.

**No animals are permitted on the property without prior written approval.** Unauthorized animals are subject to a fee of **$300 per day, per animal**, in addition to any costs associated with cleaning, damage, or other related expenses.

**Currently waiting for two tile replacement for outdoor table top.
