I booked the family suite with bunk beds for my son’s birthday. There was me (mom) and 4 teenage boys. When checking in I was informed that the bunk beds have a max weight limit of 180lbs. I pointed to the boys and told her “that doesn’t really work for us since they were supposed to pair up together and would go over the 180lbs limit by a lot and the room was booked by recommendations for the size of our party. I was then told that unfortunately they were fully booked and couldn’t change my room and as a be time favor since management wasn’t on duty, that she would provide an extra blanket and pillow so some of them could sleep on the floor. I don’t think charging $150 for 1 night is appropriate if I have to have people sleeping on the floor when I paid for the extra bed space. To top it all off, there is no pool in their building. You have to go to the hotel Nextdoor and ask to use theirs. The cherry on top was the fact that breakfast consisted of prepackaged toaster waffles in the fridge, bananas, oranges, oatmeal and some snack bars. So I ended up spending another chunk of money to feed the boys. Not happy at all about how this played out. Felt like I was stuck between a rock and a hard place since I had this trip prepaid and couldn’t afford last minute prices in the area. They also will not do late checkouts on the weekends. Definitely not worth the prices we paid!

Don’t give them your money

The mattress was painful to sleep on, literally. Felt like springs with a half inch mattress. The desk chair was broken into a laid back position and the material was ripped. Paint had a huge gash from furniture being moved. The door by the handicapped parking wouldn’t open and twice I had to walk around the building to get in. The desk rep said the Maintenance man said nothing was wrong with it, but that it only worked sometimes. They don’t actually have a pool as advertised. They share the one at the hotel across the parking lot. You have to go to that front desk and ask to be let in. Don’t even waste your money. I would’ve slept better in my car!

This is a get what you pay for place. Very inexpensive. They don’t clean the rooms daily or get new towels. We asked for more and the employee forgot and we had to go back to the desk. Convenient location.

Easy access from the highway. Simple, nice looking rooms. Breakfast could have more protein as there were only oatmeal and yogurt to go with the waffles. Had a good sleep!
