This classic summer home in Spring Lake’s north end, has the right mix of old world charm and modern amenities. A huge front porch with a garden swing looks out onto one of the many well-maintained town gardens and is the perfect place to relax in the fresh salt air. A light filled family room with high ceilings and an open plan into the kitchen, a cook's dream and perfect for entertaining. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, ample closet space, ceiling fans and air conditioning, this home is comfortable for everyone. Linens, bath towels, beach towels and chairs are included. A Weber gas grill makes backyard parties a breeze. The property has onsite parking for up to 7 automobiles for out of town overnight guests.
Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac street, this home is perfect for families with young children. A quick walk to the beach, it’s close to town and parks with tennis and pickle ball courts. We love our home and love Spring Lake in the summer and we are sure you will too.

Deirdre was a very gracious host. My four grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the vacation at Spring Lake.
Casual beach house, blocks to beach, town, and lake. Perfect for family with children. Owner couldn’t have been more helpful and gracious.
