Welcome to our Lake Pool House. This home features a superb modern interior with plenty of space for entertainment. The interior and outside feeling created by the design of the french doors makes the house flow very unique. This home counts with an oversize backyard overlooking amazing views all around the backyard. The pool is located in the middle of the yard surrounded by beautiful palm trees which creates a resort-style stay. Only 15 minutes away from downtown and all main attractions

Advertisement wasn't accurate
Advertised as having a washer and dryer, but we weren't allowed to use it. The dishwasher was broken and we were not given a heads up about that. It was advertised to sleep 16 but we could barely fit 12. There weren't enough bath towels or beach towels but the owner had more bath towels delivered the second night. There was not enough blankets, sheets or pillows. One of the extra blankets we did have was unwashed and unusable. And the eating utensils was not even enough for 12 people. Amongst these others things there is a rooster next door outside next to thus houses 2 bedroom windows.

Nice Home
Overall, the house is nice. It is a great home for a party of 8 to 10 people. However, the refrigerator did not work at all and the property manager never got back to us. There were a lot of spiders inside and the neighbors roosters were annoying, plus it smelled bad in one of the rooms because of the chickens. The pool would overflow as well, but regardless, we made it a great time.

Misleading
This location was said to have 5 beds and sleep 16. In reality there were only 4 beds, one pull out couch, and one tiny couch. There is absolutely no way that could sleep 16. This is essential information that brought the rating of the whole place way down for us. Additionally, the next door neighbors had farm animals that made lots of noise very early in the morning. Not the hosts’ fault, but don’t stay here if you value your sleep. There was almost no check in/check out information or information about the stay, and I had to call the host the day before the stay because I hadn’t heard anything from him. The listing promised laundry but we couldn’t find any. The property itself is nice but the neighborhood is not the nicest. As an aside it’s probably contributing to gentrification and I’m worried it will raise the cost of living for the people in the neighborhood. Overall, was a decent stay but the sleeping situation and lack of communication was an issue.
