I was disappointed that we had a softball team full of children that was not able to utilize the pool because there was not an emergency phone. When all the parents had phones the girls had phones. I also was disappointed with the breakfast it was not what it was advertised. My room was not attended to as I had requested. We were all supposed to receive awards for the issues , but never received them.

Convenient off I49 and clean. Little noisy around 1;30 am on our floor as it seems maybe someone was having an argument. Not the motel’s fault; people just need to learn how to act in public and keep their arguments at home.

The hotel was great. The room was great. The front desk staff not so much. They tried the old bait and switch tactic, saying my room , a queen suite which I had already paid for, was no longer available (it was only 3:15pm). After I insisted they double check they were able to “find a room”.

The hotel was clean and overall convenient for our stay. The breakfast was nice an always stocked with food. We would definitely stay there again.

Don’t expect to sleep

We went to participate in an event and were in hopes of sleeping at night. The hotel had a group of young ball players that preceded to run up and down the hallways, using the elevator and screaming until almost 1230am. When I attempted to call the front desk there was no answer after multiple attempts. I then went to the hallway myself instructing the children to go to their rooms. Not a parent insight. Ridiculous. About ten minutes later the front desk called and stated they had heard it also - question was why didn’t you handle it instead of a guest.

Tucked away from the main road so it’s nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was excellent along with fresh pancakes in a minute! Hotel was clean and the room was way more spacious than expected. Large shower and a comfortable bed. This is an excellent choice for your stay. We will definitely be back!
