Very friendly staff. I Stayed in a cabin, cabin was spotless. Only issues I had was with the bed sheets.not fitted sheets. Site very close to national park. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Bus stop to park right in front.
The view around the property is simply amazing and the grounds are very nice. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Zion park in 10 minutes so you don't need to wait for a shuttle, though there is a stop right across the street. At the same time you are in the village, 5-10 mins pleasant walk to the most lively area. There are restaurants right by it, we really liked the Whiptail and went twice. They have amazing tacos and burritos. The cabins are new and clean, but have developed many cracks in the wooden planks. This is not a problem, I was just thinking how pity it is that these cabins are brand new, but the material used had not been appropriate for the sharp temperature changes and has started cracking.
Be aware that there is no hairdryer (at least we didn't find one) and there are no plates or utensils. The rest was as expected. It was getting very cold in the cabin in the morning (we were there the second half of April) so we needed the second blanket.
From check in to check out this property is just great! The team there is very friendly and have great hospitality. The communal bathrooms and showers are decent. The toilets do get clogged a bit, but staff is always quick to fix it, and there's never a shortage of TP or seat covers. The showers are spacious and upkept. The cabins are quaint and cute. The check in/general store has almost anything you could possibly ask for and not that bad priced considering other places. The pool is nice after a long day of hiking and the fire pits are fun for making smores. You can walk to the main entrance of the park or take the shuttle right outside the cabins, and you can walk to get food. Everything is very centrally located and this place is very family friendly including quiet time at 10pm. Can't wait to go back and stay again!
I loved our vacation I love the clean cabin. It was so perfect. Everything about it. Cozy little cabin with a nice view, never drove our car walked everywhere everything was so convenient. The stores are close by the restaurants the shuttle was 5 min away really great will definitely stay again
Cabin was clean, mattresses on bunk beds were thin but with sleeping bags, they were more comfortable. Heaters kept cabin warm and toasty after coming in from the cold outside. Nice to have a small fridge and microwave. Location was very convenient just outside of entrance into Zion NP.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The cabins appear to be newly built. The mattresses on the bed and bunks were terrible. They were hard and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here if you want to get a good night of sleep. Also, there was no TV in the unit.
The only bad thing I could say is.. A coffee pot a s toaster would be nice. I’d like to have a cup of coffee at 5 am before having to speak to people. Otherwise. Beautiful place. Staff was beyond nice.
This is a great place to stay for a family. It is very close to Zion park entrance. You can just walk in. No dining options close by, we had to drive to find a place to have a dinner.
The only con is that the beds were not comfortable.
