I enjoyed a quiet and comfortable night's sleep in a clean and well-organized, spacious room. The check-in process was smooth and the person at reception was friendly and full of helpful information about the area. I stayed in one of the rooms behind the office. I have stayed in one of the rooms in front: they have their own 1950's charm, but are a bit smaller and less well insulated. I understand that these will be renovated soon.

Temp control
I was up and down all night adjusting the heat. The unit didn’t seem to work properly. The room got too hot but the unit did not shut off even on auto. Then I would run the fan to cool it off. I didn’t get much sleep. No Kleenex in the room. A couple bottles of water would have been nice. Other than that it was good.
