They need Cable TV Guides, as a business traveler, I'm on the road 12 weeks a year...every hotel is different and it's annoying looking for my favorite channels. No free breakfast.

Not Friemdly and $9.95 per person breakfast

The gal who checked us in not friendly at all and said a memorized script like a robot. Very surprised would of had to pay $9.95 for a breakfast other hotels give for free. Maybe $5 charge we would have eaten there.

I apologize you did not receive great service at check in. We do charge for breakfast, but it is severed in a restraint environment and freshly prepared by a chef using all fresh ingredients. We hope to see you again soon.

Fine, clean, comfortable.

Pros: Clean, comfortable furnishings.
Cons: Hotel staff.
Location: The location was fine, we visited a friend nearby and ate at an excellent diner, Charlie Parkers.
The hotel was nice, new furnishings, clean and comfortable. The staff did not seem well informed, and only told us the pool was closed after we had checked in. They also didn't explain that breakfast was not included in our stay since we purchased the room through a third party.

We are glad you enjoyed the hotel and décor of the Hilton Garden Inn. We do offer packages that include breakfast and our pool is now reopened after being re surfaced. I apologize it was closed during your visit. Enjoy delicious local flavors and daily chef's specials at the Garden Grille, open daily for breakfast and dinner. If you prefer the convenience of dining in your room, grab a snack or tasty microwavable meal from the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry or order a meal from room service.
