I loved the feel of the room. Really felt like my own little apartment. Right next to Springfield mall which was a super convenient location. Full kitchen. 10/10. Would absolutely stay here again. FD service was great as well.

The people at this hotel make the difference…everyone was friendly and helpful, and when I accidentally left my dop kit it was placed in lost and found and safe. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Springfield

The parking situation was not the best. The elevator was broken and almost got hit by a car. My room AC was already set to 65 and it was extremely hot and woke up drenched in sweat. The breakfast was not the best. Pork and ham isn’t a breakfast I am accustomed to. The eggs were sitting in yellow water. The coffee dispensed cold coffee. It was an upsetting experience.
