Bottom line: the staff cares

Best Hotel I’ve booked for years. Bottom line: they care. We found new towels and washcloths every evening and those were so appreciated after hot dirty days. Staff was friendly and kind. Room was clean, fresh and welcoming.

Normally have no complaints with this hotel, but the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and the hair dryer did not work. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Upstairs (first time). Mexican restaurant was very good, good server. Like the location—close to retail, gas, eating choices. Friendly folks at the front desk.

Not clean, room smelled.

The entire room smelled. There was a humidifier running when we walked in so I assume there had been a leak or maybe they steam vacuumed the carpets. But the smell was the worst. It irritated my asthma. Overall I the rooms were just not clean. Dates is ok if it’s clean. And I’m sure I could have asked for another room but I was alone with my daughter and it was hard enough to unload everything by myself and get it into the room we we just dealt with it.
