The hotel was very clean but the decor and furnishings in room were a bit dated and run down. The bed was comfortable and had nice bedding. Housekeeping did a great job. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay while I was visiting my family. I also enjoyed the breakfast and coffee.

I had to change rooms because of a persistent ticking sound coming from above, and the next room provided was not temperature-ready. In addition, immediately after the hotel charges were processed, my credit card showed a fraudulent charge that I had to dispute with my card company. This matter is still under review.
