My Home is in a residential neighbourhood so please be respectful

please note there is at present scaffolding on the house next door as they were having facing stone removed. This has been the case for all the houses on the development nearly all have been done but the developers have run out of cement so the scaffolding is left. There is no disruption to my premises.
Getting around
Walking distance to Buses. Taxis, Bike Hire, Train in Truro 6 miles. Fabulous coastal walks within minutes of property.
Other things to note
I would be happy to act as concierge to recommend and book restaurants, visits for cream teas, Research Theatre productions, trips to National Trust Gardens, Eden Project, Poldark experience, surfing lessons, for a fee if booked well in advance.
House Rules
No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or eventsCheck-in time is 2PM - 10PM.
- No Parties. No Barbecues. Respectful of neighbours. No food to be eaten in bedrooms. Please remove wet clothing , shoes, boots before entering house. Do not hang wetsuits etc or surf boards in home clothes airer outside.
- Drinks not allowed in bedrooms.
- Please use outside tap or hose to wash off sand
Covid rules. Please make sure all bed linen used, towels, tea towels are stripped by guests staying and placed in bags provided in order to send them to Laundry without having to touch. Hope you understand covid safety.
