Staff were friendly and welcoming. Building is almost 150 yrs old so the rooms aren't fancy, but they are clean and comfortable. The pub was a great place to wind down. Overall, a plus experience.

The staff was awesome. The restaurant was good. A full lobster dinner for $45 is a smoking deal. I love that it's a Victorian era building with old lime plaster walls.

The property and staff are wonderful! The room was sooooo hot though! There are no fans and no A/C. It was 80 in our room the whole night! We opened the windows, but there was a vacuum that pushed air out, not cool air in. I triple checked the heat wasn’t accidentally on. The room just retained heat - it was on the top floor. I was up all night sweating. Morning got worse as the morning sun poured into the room. I recommend west facing rooms on the first floor!!

The Kennedy House was quaint. Our room was spacious, clean, and we had a nice room looking out the front of the house. We walked to several restaurants and took a walk around town and on the pier. Beautiful place!
