Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Great location with most sights of this great city within walking distance!! Communication with host was fantastic. The apartment is not large, but it worked well for the two of us. Kitchen is adequately stocked should you choose to cook in. There was very little street noise even though my bedroom window faced Carrera Street. There are nearby railroad tracks which might be bothersome to some, but we did not mind. Nice-sized patio to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

Parking was great (we had 2 parking spaces on the property). The property was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to Historic Downtown St Augustine. Kirsten, the property manager, was quick to respond to any communication. We would recommend this property to anyone who is interested in being near the Historic District.

Wonderful stay! Everything exactly as described. Easy to check in. Place is within walking distance of everything in town. We walked all the way to the lighthouse and back. Easy to get to trolley. Beds are comfortable, shower /bathroom clean and well supplied with towels and soap. Checkout also easy. Will stay again!

Great stay fia quick trip. The location was within easy walking distance of the downtown attractions which made it perfect. For a longer stay the one bathroom for 4 people, two teenagers might be tough but worked fine for is for a shorter trip.

We had a very quick stay as we only slept there. Beds were comfortable and the entire house was spotless clean. When the train passes you can hear it ever so lightly, but it was not bothersome. The hosts are great at communicating in a good time, you may need to get the entry code in advance, or it might be in your check-in paperwork. Because we were so busy with traveling and sightseeing, we were parched and did not have any more drinks on hand. So maybe a little water bottles in the fridge would be good. There was ice in the freezer and cooking essentials like salt pepper oil. We would stay here anytime we come to St Augustine. It was lovely!!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The neighborhood felt very secure and an easy walking distance to the downtown strip

We had a great stay, clean and comfortable. Much better than a hotel; small apartment but easy to navigate with a walker. Check out was easy and not a lot of cleaning requirements. Within walking distance to downtown. Beaches are a short drive. We highly recommend!
