It is so nice to get away from the crowds and hustle and bustle. Fresh air, being outdoors, & have some peace and quiet. I am also a notary and can perform your wedding ceremony if you wish !!

I grew up in my family farm filled with vineyards, citrus trees & many types of fruit trees & animals, and got away from it and lived in the cities and a condo for last 40 years. I craved being away from it all but could not find a farm to go and spend time in for vacation as they are all in cities and noisy places! So I started looking for my dream farm and found out it is very expensive. So I kept looking for years and finally found a foreclosure and borrowed money and bought this almost 8 acre property that needs lots of TLC. It has been a lot of hard work and sweat and tears but I love every minute of it and love all the friends and family that have supported me all the way !

This property is located 5 miles west of I-95 and all the outlets and restaurants and so much to do. It is also 9 miles to downtown St. Augustine, the oldest and most beautiful city in the country! Also 9 miles to many beaches with many activities and 5 miles to the St. Johns huge River where you can also fish, boat, canoe, and so much more.

Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes, pot, or CBD on the property.

It's a very quiet neighborhood where you will hear the birds and roosters. We have a meditation deck where you can do yoga, bird watch, or just lay out and read a book. I have plenty of hammocks to use, a hot spa/jaquzzi may not be working, an outdoor shower, a bath tub, and a couple of fire pits. You can bike down to the beautiful St. John's river where there is a local nursery and they sell honey, eggs, and many plants which is only 5 miles west of us. We are also 5 miles to International World Golf where you can go to the I Max theatre and or play golf or walk around the lake and go to the farmers market or just have dinner there. We are close to Jacksonville within 10 to 15 minutes. You can take a walk around property on the trail, see the orchard with lots of grape vines, or lay out and listen to birds and get some sun. We have deer that come and visit and you are not allowed to hunt on my property but there are other areas nearby where you can hunt. I also have chickens and sometime you can have fresh eggs! Please watch out for the chicken, Mr. T. Tortoise, and Roger Rabbit when you drive in. Hope you decide to join us !
The room is clean with fresh sheets, and towels provided if you need it. The room has stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, & blender. We also have hair dryers, robes, and slippers if needed. If you have a horse, you are welcome to bring the horse for additional cost as we have a large coral.
