The staff is always friendly, they know me by name, and it is convenient to my job when have to stay in St Augustine. The attached IHOP is a bonus.

Good bargain

Everyone was nice. Probably the quickest check in I’ve ever had. Get 10% off at the attached iHop for guest. Doing construction on the interstate nearby. A little noisy. Good for the price.

I stayed at this location for 1 night, it was ok for a one night stay only. A little out dated. Does not offer complimentary breakfast but you do have ihop onsite. Staff was nice. Room walls were a little dirty. Beds were comfortable.

The place is conveniently located next to the outlets and not too far from downtown. I stayed for 3 days. It is not worth $155 a night. I have stayed in better places for a whole lot less than that. It is dated. The door in my room could not be locked from the inside. There was a constant cracking noise coming from the ceiling near the bathroom entrance. It was hard to stay asleep. Housekeeping needs to be addressed. The toilet is too small for a regualr individual. Im not a big person and found it too small for my butt. I imagine it would be hard for a 250lbs person to sit on it. There is an understaff IHOP located in the lobby. Not bad if you don't mind the wait.

The hotel rooms were clean. The area is not all that great but if you're only staying for the night, this hotel is in a short distance from the historic downtown.

The place needs to be completely renovated. Staff is unresponsive. IHOP next to it is improperly managed. Parking is unsafe and when it rains ( like when we were there) it’s flooded. We were planning on two nights. Cut it at one, and was not good. The place is terrible.
