You'll also be granted access to a sparkling community pool and a family-friendly playground, the perfect place to hang out with your loved ones and even enjoy a delicious picnic.

Loved it
Don't let the unkempt yard fool you, the house is wonderful. The yard isn't completely fenced in so if you have a frisky pup, don't leave them unattended (especially because there are chickens next door). The front porch was perfect for having breakfast. The inside is spacious and nicely arranged. It was just my 11 year old daughter, my dog, and me so there was MORE than enough room. The neighborhood is about 60% dilapidated shacks and 40% new homes. We walked to historic downtown a couple times. Dominoes pizza delivers there. We didn't cook any meals but it looked like the kitchen had everything you might need to prepare your own meals. We only used 1 bedroom but in the front room, the curtains were dark enough to keep out the sunrise! The windows opened to let in a nice breeze. We loved it and didn't want to leave.

Beware of bird droppings
We booked this property because the ad said dog friendly. Upon arrival the yard needs lots of TLC. Fence is broken and the backyard is horrible. You can’t leave your pet to roam in this yard. Don’t park in the driveway the bird droppings will ruin your car. In the home it is clean, and updated somewhat. The beds are too firm for our liking. If you only want to stay inside the home it’s fine, just don’t venture into the yard and stay out of the driveway.

Cute but smelly
Bare minimum effort to make this stay special. The smell was awful. Stale, smoky, and musty. Toilet paper was see through and only one extra roll for four day stay. You can see underneath the front door which is how I am guessing the two big roaches I found in the hallway got in. Has so much potential but needs a lot of TLC.

This is a well-upgraded house. However, upon entering, we called in several issues and not one was addressed during our stay. Repeated attempts were met with 'we are soooo sorry' blah blah blah. When you check out with that great nightly rate, they will tack on a huge service fee which is worthless. Stopped up bathroom sink Broken Kitchen Faucet (would not retract) Broken security latch on one of the windows Found cockroach on floor Don't believe this: "Parking is available in the driveway in front of the home. Guests can park up to three cars." The gate was impossible to open therefore had to park in front of the fence with car partially on the street, with risk of getting side swiped. Great home, but service needs to be radically improved for the service fee changed. I have rented several Vrbo homes with same day service, but not this one.

Walkable location with all the comforts of home
This property is perfectly walkable to old town and the water, only being a mile away from the action. It also has all the things that make VRBO convenient (washer/dryer, dishwasher, off street parking, etc). The smoke detector was going off when we arrived, but a vacasa employee and handyman arrived within minutes to turn them off and check them- we didn’t even have to call. Only things I recommend are installing a smart door lock, to avoid potentially losing the single key provided, and cutting the grass in the front yard. We felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood the whole time, and definitely recommend staying here.
