Sparse and not good for Seniors
Not so good. This condo felt sparsely prepared. There was only 1 kitchen towel for our 4 day stay, even though there is no dishwasher and you have to hand wash and dry your dishes. In spite of a big spice rack in the kitchen corner there was no salt or pepper. The A/C filter was Very dirty (pic attached), there was no hanger for the hand towel in the downstairs 1/2 bath and no vanity to lay it on. There were also no flyers or information on local stores or attractions and the 3 chairs on the downstairs patio were thin plastic Adirondack style, so not good for seniors. Both BRs are Upstairs and there is only a rail on 1 side of the staircase. Upstairs, the only sink wouldn't drain until we pried up the stopper, the shower leaked water under the door onto the floor and at the same time shot a stream of water onto the ceiling. There were No washcloths in the bathroom. Lastly, the light on the upstairs patio was out so we couldn't use the patio at night. Overall, Disappointing.
