Once you enter Sandy Feet Retreat you realize you have found a hidden gem!

Sandy Feet Retreat is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation to relax and unwind. This 2 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage has been renovated top to bottom.

The open concept layout in the gathering areas gives an airy feel with the fully equipped kitchen and custom built coffee bar flanking the walls. The wrap around couch is the perfect place to gather for a romantic movie night on the big screen smart tv.

When your ready to call it a day and dream up tomorrow’s adventures the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, large screen TV plus private bathroom with walk in shower. Guest bedroom features a Murphy sofa bed and Tv plus access to screened patio. There is a shared bathroom also featuring a walk in shower. There is also a full size washer and dryer so you can pack light!

Wander outside to enjoy the screened porch with an outside kitchen and serve up the fresh catch on the propane grill. Take a dip in the private pool (heated for a fee of $250) or soak in the hot tub after showering the sand off in our outdoor shower. The back yard is completely fenced and a private oasis.

The beach is a short minute stroll out the front door and made even easier with the provided beach cart and chairs, or use the provided bicycles to cruise A1A Beach Blvd.

Just literal steps to the ocean, local favorite restaurants and coffeeshops, and a short 10-15 minute drive to Historic St Augustine.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
