Sandpiper 108 - Serenity and Ocean Views

This condo is on the ground floor, located in the crescent allowing natural light to pass through from sunrise to sunset. There is a large, grassy area expanding from the patio that leads to the pool, and beach. Making it an ideal place to sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings. Master bedroom has King bed, while the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of closet space.
The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach.
