Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. If you're looking for amazing ocean views and easy beach access, this is it! Ocean views are so close you feel like you're sitting on the beach. Take in the sounds of the ocean as you gaze at the rolling waves and beautiful ocean right from the condo. Townhouse layout allows quiet mornings downstairs for early risers while upstairs provides quiet mornings to sleep in for a bit or gives separate space for the night owls of your group.

After an amazing day, this property has a unique view of sunsets too! The best of both worlds sunrise and sunset. Ocean sunrises without leaving the condo and sunsets right outside front door on upper deck. The deck includes tables and chairs for a relaxing evening drink and sunset view.

Host was great. Very responsive and accommodating. The place was very clean. Loved the deck that was out front. This was about 20 feet from the condo entrance. Had nice chairs, concrete tables and lounge chairs. Was a quiet place. Small complex with a large pool that overlooks the beach.

We had an excellent stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) and the space was clean and inviting. LaDonna was a wonderful host and communicated information about the condo and area prior to our arrvial. She was also very quick to answer any questions I had during our stay. The condo is close to the pool and beach and has an incredible view of both. We had a great trip and would love to stay here again!

This condo was exactly as listed! The owner was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. Everything you need for a beach vacation is there, no need to bring anything extra. Depending on when you stay there may be a parking issue with not enough spaces but that is the building’s issue. I would definitely stay here again!

At the Beach

Wonderful beach-front condo only steps away from the beach and pool which can both be seen from the living area and main bedroom. Comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and quickly provided the recommendations we asked for. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Epic View!!!!

My family and I had a very relaxing stay. My husband and son surfed almost everyday. Great spot. The kitchen had everything we needed to put together a nice Easter dinner. We enjoyed the barbecue suggestion by the owners and it was very good. Place was very comfortable. It has a tennis/pickle ball court and grill stations in front that were brand new. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We are real happy with the property and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you Ladonna for opening your home to us.

We loved the location with the pool phasing the ocean. 70’s and 80’s weather in April was a great pleasant surprise.We had a hard time understanding how to unlock the door.The condo was impeccable but not having a washer and dryer in the unit was not easy (the community Landry room and machines where old)We have stayed in many BRVO’s but this one was poorly stacked

Amazing and Relaxing

This condo was perfect for our visit. La Donna was there for us when we needed her and always pleasant. The condo had everything that we needed and was so quiet that we never heard a sound from neighbors. I loved having the bedrooms upstairs, giving view of the lovely beach upon waking. The location was just right for exploring hiking trails and visiting St. Augustine. We hope to return here next year!

Very clean and well kept. Kitchen was especially nice. It was so quiet at night. No noise or anything to get good rest. Pool was very nice and the overall property was very clean. Located perfectly. Far away enough to avoid traffic, congestion, but close enough for dining and groceries.

Wonderful vacation spot.

Great beach. Wonderful for walking. Pool area was great as well. Enjoyed exploring the historic area and the St Augustine Christmas lights were fabulous. The condo was clean and well equipped.
