Shore to Please: 5BR/4.5BA pool home in Vilano Beach sleeps 15. Watch sunrises from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, lounge by the pool or hot tub, play ping pong in the garage, or BBQ on the back deck with Intracoastal sunset views. Less than a block from the beach and just 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine, it’s perfect for family vacations or group getaways.


We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.



Located on Vilano Beach just two blocks north of a nice public beach access point with plenty of parking, a playground, restrooms, and a walking bridge over to the beach.


Guests will have access to the entire property minus a locked closet under the stairs.

Perfect family beach retreat

Wonderful and relaxing beach house for my extended family of 11! Pool, pool house, ping pong table, and hot tub made it even better. The beach is a short walk across the street and most days it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Quiet neighborhood and very clean /modern spacious house!

Awesome house in a great spot!

All of us enjoyed this property immensely. The main floor is built for social interaction with an open plan including the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The bedrooms are well appointed. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes and felt very convenient. Great place!

Beautiful new lux beach gem

We had a great stay at this new property. The bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. There is plenty of everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. The patio is huge with lots of outdoor seating. The walk to the beach is a quick 1 minute and the drive to downtown is less than 10 minutes and easy to pull right in the municipal parking garage. Great Vilano beach property.

Perfect stay with family and friends

Four families including 7 adults and 7 kids spend our Spring Break together each year. This was our first stay at St. Augustine; and the location of the house and accommodations were perfect! The kids were entertained day to night with the pool and hot tub. The beach is a quick walk across the street. And not a crowded beach. My only caution is the main road to cross over to the beach is busy and speed limit is 50, so use caution especially with kids. The house is GORGEOUS and rooms bigger than we were anticipating. We cooked most meals in and the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking, and plenty of plates, cups, and utensils for our group. We enjoyed the large living room for game nights. The main level patio provides a beach view. The pool was clean and serviced during our stay. We paid for the heat to be added and it was perfect. Aunt Kates is maybe a half mile walk on the water. Publix and Surfside Kitchen is maybe a 5 min drive. We ordered pizza from Surfside that was reasonably priced and our group enjoyed. St. Augustine is maybe a 10 min drive. Super easy and convenient. Highly recommended St Augustine Fish Camp for lunch/dinner and Scoops for icecream. All beds were very comfortable. AC cooler the house well. Loved having a set of washer/dryers on top level and in the garage. Garage well stocked with beach chairs, but we brought our own. Also well stocked on beach towels. Owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend this home!
