Feel the stress melt away as you arrive in Vilano Beach with breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views. Just steps from the beach and 5 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine, enjoy ocean breezes, stunning sunrises, and all the local restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Perfect for relaxing escapes or fun-filled getaways on the Island.


We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.


Located directly oceanfront in the heart of Vilano Beach!


Guests will have access to the north side of the downstairs of the home. Each unit has it's own separate deck space but the boardwalk to the beach is shared by all units.

The parking area is shared by all units. Unit A is allowed two vehicles max.


Please note: The home is split into three separate units.

This listing is for Unit A (downstairs, north side of home). Inquire for more details and availability if interested in renting more than one unit.

Unit B is located downstairs on the south side, unit C is the entire upstairs.


Pet Policy: One dog is welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150. Please let us know ahead of time if traveling with a pet.

Cute and clean. Easy access to beach. Vilano beach area is great and relaxing. If someone is staying upstairs you will probably hear all the footsteps so ear plugs might help if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Surfside Retreat

Surfside Retreat was the perfect beach house. Incredibly clean. Very roomy and had everything needed for the stay. Although it was a triplex, it was quiet and private. Our perfect get away. Only thing wrong with our stay was that it was too short! Going back in November. Simply awesome stay.

Summer vacation 2024

We had an amazing time! We were so grateful to find a cute place on the beach that was pet friendly and affordable. We usually, have yo stay somewhere not so nice because we have a pet, but not ths time!! Our souls and bodies were truly refreshed after our time on Vilano Beach. We come back to St. Augustin every year and we would definitely stay at this beach house again.

Great Vilano Beach vaca

Just what we needed! Very relaxing and comfortable accommodations for the 2 of us and our puppy on Vilano Beach! Ideal beachfront location near the little Vilano Town Center and not far from the historic district of St Augustine. There was even a Sound Bath right in front of our steps before sunset one night. Thank you! We’ll be back.

Great location on the beach

The location was very easy to find, close to everything. Great for our 2 dogs with a small fenced yard on the side of the house and a patio we were able to secure so they couldn’t get out. The beach was clean and just steps away. The house was just as expected. Very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location for a weekend getaway!

Great view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach since the broad walk is literally in your backyard. It was big enough since it was just my husband and I. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable (which is hard to find a lot of the times) We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Perfect Get Away

Vilano Beach is a great little spot to get away for a few days, close to many historical sites and tourist attractions but still with a secluded feel. The home is a good size for a small family. It is well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook their meals. We enjoyed dinner and the sunset on the river at Aunt Kate's one night and sunrise from the house the next morning. The ocean views from the living room and front deck are amazing! Perfect get away location.

Great Location in Vilano Beach

We loved being on the beach. Great location and close to town and also St Augustine. The property was very clean. The manager Amy was very responsive when I requested more towels. The only issue was that the water had a strong sulfur smell which required us to use lots of bottled water when cooking and showering. This issue was resolved after our stay. We would stay here again.
