The ground floor welcomes you with a bright and stylish living room featuring a flat screen television and a wood-burning stove, alongside a large, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a terrace. A separate WC is also located on this level. On the first upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed. One of these bedrooms offers direct access to a private balcony, while a shower and WC are conveniently located on this floor to serve both rooms. The second upper floor hosts a large double bedroom fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a flat screen television. This top floor also provides access to a large terrace and a small terrace, both furnished with outdoor furniture and offering breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding town.
