A very well equipped open kitchen and an air-conditioned living room are facing the terrace and the heated pool. A sitting area and a dining table outside will allow you to enjoy warm evenings with family and/or friends.
The two spacious bedrooms, of equivalent comfort, are located on each side of the living room. They are modern and offer large bathrooms with double sinks and Italian showers.
The vegetation surrounding the villa offers you peace and privacy.
The villa can be rented with the Indyana villa and/or the studio, offering a total of 5 rooms.
